Meeting of the elements – Fire Spirit and River Spirit! Make a water droplet or fire spark lantern and watch our elemental giants awaken for a big dance!

January 15 and 17: Bush Creatures Workshops @ Museum of Art and Culture, yapang– Booragul NSW
We made unique masks and costume elements from natural materials, to become Bush Creatures as part of Lake Macquarie Council’s Explore Our Great Outdoors!
January 22: Curbside Critters Workshops at Raymond Terrace & Tomaree Libraries
January 26: Bush Clowns @ Kensington Park, Kensington NSW
January 25: Ngarrama 2026 @ King Edward Park, Newcastle NSW
We’re honoured to have been part of this beautiful event with our Mullet & Crab Puppet workshop and a very special performance with our new octopus and other sea creatures
February 8: Wings Over Wetlands @ Apex Park, Nelson Bay NSW – Roving with our Black Cockatoo and Eagle to commemorate the amazing annual bird migration from Japan to our Hunter and Port Stephens wetlands.
February 28, March 1/7/8: Whispers of Wonderment @ EnlightenFestival, Canberra ACT
Butterfly workshops, cheeky ibises, a buzzing dragonfly enchanted visitors on weekend one, whereas Fire Spirit and our wishdragon Frank lit up Canberra on the second weekend of Enlighten.
March 14 Bairro Português – Portuguese Festival, Petersham NSW
Where our Giants danced with a Samba Band at this fun Inner West Event!
March 21: Menagerie @ Harmony Festival, Tomato Lake, Kewdale WA
Kids made their own magical creature costume in our workshops, then stepped into the parade with our gentle giant Jonkle and brought their character to life in this magical dance party
March 28: Victoria Park Arts & Culture Festival @ McCallum Park, Victoria Park WA
Due to inclement weather, the WA premiere of our flagship show Whale Song was unfortunately cancelled
April 10: SPARK @ Spark at NarraBright – CBD and Narrabri Creek Parklands, Narrabri NSW
We returned to NarraBright again with our lantern making workshops and a blazing performance with Nova, our Fire Spirit!
June 5: Nova & Zephyr’s Song @ ArtWalk Port Macquarie NSW
We launched our new show, featuring Nova and Zephyr (our Air Spirit and latest family addition) – complete with spark and wind friend lantern making workshops!
June 19&20: Goum @ Float Your Boat, Lake Macquarie NSW
We brought our octopus to Float Your Boat – Lake Macquarie’s free, family-friendly light festival that celebrates the lake, creativity, community, and visitors alike across two nights.
