Hour Long Workshops
Into the Games - 1 hour
An
hour long theatre workshop of what your kids love most - playing games!
Using a selection of theatre games tried and tested with kids of all
ages, your children will learn new skills and find exciting ways of
challenging themselves in this hour of extreme fun. For ages 5 to 12,
this workshop is limited to 40 children.
Puppet Life - 1 hour
Do
your kids love puppets? Then this workshop is for them! Puppet Life
takes children on a journey into the art of puppetry. Working with everyday
materials to create
extraordinary items, children learn about the puppet-making and
performance process in a fun and creative way. Ideal after any
performance, Puppet Life also stands alone for a fun
and
inspiring workshop.
Standing Tall
Workshop - 1 hour
One of our most popular
workshops, Standing Tall,
is designed to share imporvisational theatre games with children that
help build their self esteem. It feautres lots of group activities
where shy kids can get involved without being 'on the spot', and
scenework towards the end where more adventurous kids can jump into the
action. Fantastic for all ages, this workshop comes highly recommended.
Storytelling
Workshop - 1 hour
Created
to introduce children to the art of storytelling, this hour long
workshop incorporates theatre games with storytelling to create a group
performance which is shared at the end. Through participation children
gain a fun experience of theatre, encouraging listening skills and
confidence in creating stories. All that's needed are children and the
few objects we provide!
Impro
Workshop - 1 hour
A
great workshop to inspire kids with improvisation. Starting with a warm
up and a few theatre games, we take your kids on a journey through
costume and mime into the heart of performance. Through a series of fun
activities your kids will improvise their way through various scenes,
then laugh themselves silly watching each other perform. A great
introduction to theatre, this workshop includes all materials.
Longer Workshops
Masks Alive! - 1 hour and a half
Kids love to transform, let us help them do it! In Masks Alive, we take your kids
on a journey of discovery
through creating and performing with masks. Your children will discover
the magic of theatre as they create and decorate their own mask, then
perform with it!
Curious Theatre Day - Whole Day
Let your kids put
on the show with our day-long workshop. Working in
small
groups, each child has an hour and a half with us to learn a
selection of skills to perform with... and then gets the thrill of
being onstage! Before going home, the whole group comes together to
share a montage of skits they have devised during the day. Inspiring
for any group, this workshop gives the shy kids a chance to perform
in a group, while letting the bold ones out of their cage to shine.

Shorter Workshops
Theatre Games Workshop -
30 minutes
Following
straight on from any of our shows, this workshop gets the kids up and
into the action. Crazy games inspire the Thespian in all of us, where
kids can chase, tumble, and explore ideas they've just seen us perform.
Lasting for 30 minutes, it's a fun way to end a great performance.
